Network Electronics names North East US Area Sales Manager

Arthur J. Machia, an industry veteran with deep ties to the eastern US, has been named Network Electronics‚ North East Area Sales Manager.
Machia’s appointment was announced in a statement issued by US CEO Cameron Francis from the company’s US headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah.
“We couldn’t be happier to welcome Arte, a knowledgeable and skilled professional, as the newest US-based member of our team,” said Francis. “2005 was a year of exceptional expansion for Network Electronics, particularly the East Coast market, and we are delighted to dedicate a person of Arte’s experience and calibre to the region. His systems integration background coupled with his experience selling industry-leading products will serve as a benefit to our customers.”
In his new position, Machia will support the company’s current client base as well as explore and broaden new market opportunities. He will work closely with the company’s distribution channels, and Network’s global headquarters in Sandefjord, Norway to ensure that customer’s needs are addressed.
Machia assumes his new role with an extensive technical and managerial history in the audio/video/broadcast industry. Prior to joining Network Electronics, he served as president of American Television Systems Group, Inc., a systems integration and consulting company.
