Network Electronics Awarded Quality Management Certificate

Network Electronics has been awarded a quality management system certificate in compliance with the standard NS-EN ISO 9001:2000 for development, manufacturing and sales of signal transport and processing equipment.
The announcement was made by CEO Oddbjørn Bergem at the Company’s headquarters in Sandefjord, Norway.
The certificate, issued by Nemko Certification, attests to a company’s ability to develop and maintain systems to meet customer’s expectations by operating responsibly, providing quality products and services, continually improving, involving suppliers, and increasing its position in the market.
To qualify for the ISO 9001:2000, applicants must undergo a lengthy procedure ranging from a pre-audit and document review to a thorough evaluation and audit of a company’s management system and processes. The Nemko Group offers testing, inspection and certification services concerning products, machinery, installations and systems worldwide.
