FPD deploy digital video archive for Amrita TV

Front Porch Digital (FPD), the Broadcast and Media Division of Incentra Solutions, announced today that it was selected by Shaf Broadcast and Amrita TV to deploy a digital video archive for Amrita TV.
Powered by DIVArchive, this deployment represents Front Porch Digital’s first reference in India.

Amrita TV was launched on 14 April this year, with the commitment to provide top-quality, wholesome, and value-based entertainment. Amrita TV currently broadcasts a seven-day-a-week, 24-hour schedule featuring a varied lineup including tele-films, gripping serials, dance and music shows, insightful talk shows on present-day issues, lively kids programs, and tasteful movies.
Shaf Broadcast is one of the largest and most respected independent Indian systems integrators. The company offers project management, system design, software configuration, equipment sourcing, prefabrication, and system installation worldwide. As prime contractor for Amrita Television, Shaf Broadcast conducted a workflow analysis, designed the system, and helped Amrita select Front Porch Digital amongst other partners.
