INPUT VIDEO SET TO DIGITISE FACILITY

LONDON based Input Video Facilities are in the process of completing a major expansion of the services they can offer to clients.
The entire facility will be digitised by January 2001, and Input will be able to offer a new three camera studio in addition to the currently available gallery studio by adding an Orad Virtual Studio.
Input Video Facilities, while able to provide services to a wide range of clients, specialise in sports production, including live programming for ONdigital’s coverage of the UEFA Champions League and the German Bundesleague. One of the services Input provide to this client is a fast turn around editing service of every goal scored in the UEFA Champions League, to be broadcast around Europe and the world. The company also provides disc recorder services to ITV Network Football.
Managing Director David Wood said: “When we complete our upgrade in the New Year we have plans to cover Moto Grand Prix programming for ESPN International as well as expanding work with our current clients.”
Input Video Facilities, formed in 1988, moved to their current premises after expanding in 1996 and currently offer four digital online suites including an Avid Symphony unit.
