JVC participates in BBC HD training event

JVC Professional have recently participated in a major HD training event at the BBC.
JVC set-up a "living room of the future" display as an opening session of the event. This display was primarily to show what HD is already available to the consumer, but was also aimed at arming BBC staff with an overview of future HD systems, technology and solutions in the international marketplace and digital economy.
Hajime Yamasaki, Deputy Managing Director commented: "Naturally we are very excited about introducing our ability to offer cutting-edge HD and HD/SD information on products and services to a major broadcaster in the industry. Supporting training initiatives like this one highlights the industry trend towards switching over to HD as a format of choice."
