Impact Image win top awards at US Festival

Impact Image, a leading independent production company, has been awarded a first place Gold Camera Award at the 38th Annual US International Film And Video Festival for best 'Special Effects' and a Silver Screen award for best 'Advertising, Sales and Marketing' of their production 'Nothing Comes Close', produced for Eurofighter GmbH.
The Festival received entries from 30 countries. Overall, 54 Gold Camera, 109 Silver Screen and 139 Certificates of Creative Excellence were awarded. Recognition in the Festival represents one of the world's highest honours in audiovisual competition.
The official awards ceremony took place in Los Angeles on June 4.
Impact Image has won a number of Festival awards in the past, however this is the first time ever that one programme the company has submitted has won two awards. It is the fifth award made to Impact Image for a programme produced for Eurofighter GmbH.
Created and produced by Impact Image to promote Eurofighter Typhoon, the world's most capable and effective 'swing-role' combat aircraft, the movie was premiered at Eurofighter's pavilion at the bi-annual Farnborough International 2004.
