Antony Collins takes the helm at Cintel

Cintel International, the leading manufacturer of film scanning and image manipulation equipment for the post production industry, has announced the appointment of Antony Collins as its Chief Executive Officer.
With over twenty years experience working in challenging situations, both as an executive and advisor, most recently with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Alvarez & Marsal, Collins will assume responsibility for all operational matters. Collins’ experience spans businesses of varying scale within different sectors and he is joining Cintel at a very exciting point in the company’s development with the recent unveiling of diTTo the new versatile CCD scanner, suitable for all applications from high end DI and special effects through to archiving and restoration.
Marisa Giles, Cintel’s COO, will head up the sales, marketing and customer facing teams and will be focusing her attentions on Cintel’s DI proposition and integrating it into the ever evolving post production and broadcast industries.
Outgoing Managing Director Adam Welsh, who has left to pursue other avenues within the industry, recognised the strength of expertise and dedication within the Cintel team and wished them every success in the future.
