NEW COURSES FROM MORLEY COLLEGE

MORLEY College in central London is sited close to a large percentage of the headquarters of Britain’s media industries.
There are excellent opportunities for students on the college’s media programmes to obtain invaluable work experience with companies such as LWT and Carlton.
Education and training is not confined to the academic year. From the July 2 the College will be offering a whole range of training programmes in video and writing for the screen. Courses in Shooting and Editing have been designed to provide an introduction to working in analogue and digital editing for video production. With their creative video course they intend to explore all aspects of exploiting video in a further course examines the role of documentary video through a short project in which projects will be designed to be completed with the rough edit of a short video.
From September students will be able to prepare to study practical film making in Higher Education at Morley. There will be a full day study in all aspects of camera craft, leading to a London Open College qualification.
