Gravity Media Group to rebrand as Gearhouse Broadcast

The Board of Directors of Gravity Media Group, the group who own Gearhouse Broadcast, Evolve Digital, Inertia Productions and Inertia Events Solutions, have decided to rebrand all businesses so that they can trade under just one name - Gearhouse Broadcast.
This will be implemented across in the UK, USA and Australia.
Evolve Digital, the broadcast equipment sales company, will now be known as the Equipment Sales division within Gearhouse Broadcast, while production company Inertia Productions will become Production Solutions.
Inertia Event Solutions, the groups Australian Audiovisual company, will be rebranded as Presentation Solutions. The existing businesses within Gearhouse Broadcast, Equipment Rental and Project Solutions, will remain, resulting in the creation of five business divisions within Gearhouse Broadcast.
According to John Newton, CEO of Gravity Media Group, the decision has arisen for a number of reasons: “We have invested a lot in the last year in building the profile of the Gearhouse Broadcast brand. We want to make it easier for the groups' clients to understand our full capabilities and present one face to the industry. By integrating all companies under the Gearhouse Broadcast brand our services will become a lot more transparent.
"Internally, from an administration perspective, it will make life a lot easier, new stock management systems have been implemented and can now be centralised and used to full advantage. Previously we have built a reputation for Gearhouse Broadcast on purely rental and project management solutions, but there is a lot more to the group than meets the eye.”
