CARDIFF COMPANY TAKES OVER THE VIDEO SHOW

THE VIDEO Show, the trade exhibition and conference for TV, video and media professionals held each year at The Winter Gardens Exhibition Centre, Weston-super-mare, has been taken over by the Welsh-based production company The Genesis Media Group.
The show, to held on October 2 to the 3, has been re-launched as The Digital Video Show to reflect changes in the industry. The show will be the first opportunity to see new equipment launched at IBC. Entry to the show is free and all the seminars and demonstrations are also free.
Genesis Media are a TV and corporate video production company which is also involved in publishing, PR and events management.
Genesis' Head of TV Producer, Alan Torjussen, said: "The Video Show has been operating for several years at Weston and has always attracted a huge number of TV and video producers. We aim to build on the show's past success and will be extending the range and quality of the seminars and demonstrations to include a variety of speakers from the TV and new media world who will be of interest to our visitors. include How To Get Your Videos Onto TV and Video Streaming On Your Company Website." (CD)
