Relfecmedia ships Mattenee V1.0

Chroma key specialist Reflecmedia has announced the release of Mattenee, a new range of software plug-ins designed for use with its studio and portable Chromatte solutions.
Developed by The Pixel Farm – producers of the innovative PFTrack, PFMatch and associated plug-ins, Mattenee V1.0 is designed for NLE and compositing applications including Apple’s Final Cut Pro and Shake, Adobe’s Premiere Pro and After Effects and also Digital Fusion from eyeon.
Reflecmedia's award-winning Chromatte products have revolutionised the - often time-consuming - chroma key process and increased demands on professional producers and the ambition of DV users has resulted in pressures on time, cost and quality. The release of Mattenee V1.0, as a plug-in for established digital video applications, maximises the benefits of Chromatte to provide an unrivaled keying solution.
Mattenee's unique algorithm is designed to recognise the specific blue or green colour of light generated by Reflecmedia’s LiteRing. This powerful combination helps to achieve the best possible keying results in the shortest space of time. As a plug-in, Mattenee works within the user’s preferred application, thereby improving project workflow and avoiding the lengthy alternative of importing and exporting clips for adjustment in standalone applications and provides simplified and improved keying - allowing users to spend more time on the creativity of their production and not the chroma key process.
