Penpal-HD to be launched at IBC 2004
At IBC 2004 Electronic Visuals (EV) is to release Penpal-HD, the follow-up to its hugely successful Penpal-SDI.
Battery operated, Penpal-HD’s petite package houses 30 broadcast quality test patterns, including moving zone plate and 4 x stereo pairs of AES embedded audio in 18 high definition formats.
Weighing just 170 grams, Penpal-HD is designed to be used in studio, edit suite, system integration, OBs, on location, video-walls or AV presentations.
For a demonstration of Penpal-HD visit Electronic Visuals in hall 8 stand number 296.
You will also be able to see ODIN, a serial digital test pattern generator with both high definition and standard definition together in a 1U, 19-inch rack, along with the EV4000 range of waveform and vector monitors and Adapt signal converters.
