Pixotope Partners With 7thSense
Pixotope has announced a new partnership with 7thSense.
As part of this collaboration, 7thSense is joining Pixotope's network of approved hardware vendors, bringing its powerful, high-performance hardware products into the Pixotope ecosystem.
This partnership is designed to merge 7thSense's world-class media server and pixel processing technologies with Pixotope’s real-time graphics and tracking software, creating a seamless, optimised solution for virtual production environments.
7thSense products are already in use at some of the world's most iconic entertainment venues, theme parks, and live event attractions, including the Millennium Falcon: Smuggler's Run ride at Disney Parks, Sphere Las Vegas, Expo 2020 Dubai, and the Museum of the Future in Dubai.
The collaboration includes official Pixotope certification for 7thSense's R-Series 10 media server hardware, which has undergone rigorous testing to ensure compatibility with Pixotope software applications. With the introduction of a new 'Pixotope-ready' SKU, users of Pixotope software now have access to certified, high-performance hardware, specifically optimised for virtual production workflows.
The collaboration between Pixotope and 7thSense sets the stage for more immersive and technically advanced media experiences in virtual production, enabling storytellers to unlock new creative possibilities across film, television, live events, and themed entertainment.
