Ovyo Merges With The Loop Co

Ovyo Ltd has announced its strategic merger with Portuguese technology services firm, The Loop Co.

This merger combines Ovyo's expertise in delivering software projects to the video, telecoms, and satellite industries from India, South Africa, the US and the UK with The Loop Co.'s nearshore service capabilities and deep cross-industry technical expertise including cloud software engineering and embedded systems.

Together, the two companies will offer an industry-leading service portfolio for OTT streamers, broadcasters, operators, industry vendors, and media businesses.

Ovyo is known for its speed and reactiveness in spinning up new project teams and getting customers rapid access to niche industry skills. With this merger, Ovyo can now match this experience in Portugal with its current services in India and the UK. With greater access to specialized talent across the globe and the addition of deep cloud and data engineering specializations, this development marks a significant enhancement to Ovyo’s well-established offshore software services.
