Miller to celebrate 50th birthday at IBC

50 years of film and television support, over 35 of those in UK and Europe, are being celebrated by Miller Camera Support on Stand 11.321 at IBC 2004 in Amsterdam.
Displaying a new range of Arrow fluid heads and Solo VJ 100mm tripods, the Miller stand will be brimming with innovative new support, a stack of Miller caps, camera keyrings and lanyards, as well as European manager Ian O’Connor and his international sales support team.
As patent-holders of the first fluid pan and tilt head, Miller’s brings lightweight broadcast support to every DV and HD shooter. The new Arrow 30 100mm fluid head gives corporate, educational and cable producers the first chance to use advanced ENG features such as 7+7 pan and tilt, illuminated controls and support for all cameras from MiniDV (2.5kg) to XDCAM (15kg) - at an all new price-point.
With Arrow 30, television news crews focusing on DVCAM acquisition will also have a light counterbalance alternative to the industry standard Arrow ENG fluid head.
The new Solo DV 75mm and Solo VJ 100mm are carbon fibre support at their sturdiest and most versatile. Solo takes the ultra light features of telescopic photographic tripods, and gives them the bullet-proof ball-levelling panache of Miller support - without adding any size or weight.
