PMSE Industry Specialist Joins Sound Devices

Sound Devices has strengthened its team with a new RF Applications Engineer.

Experienced industry professional Gary Trenda joins the company in an official role after advising them for many years and boasting over two decades' experience in the Program Making and Special Events (PMSE) sector.

Gary began working in live sound shortly after graduating with a degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. He was the first Audio RF Technician for Cirque du Soleil in Las Vegas and has since worked as an Audio and RF Engineer on a variety of system deployments, ranging from installations to special events. His recent events include the Latin Grammy Awards and Super Bowl LV. Gary has also provided frequency coordination services for a wide range of events, from University of Wisconsin Football games to the Salesforce.com Dreamforce conference. He is a current member of the Society of Broadcast Engineers and the Audio Engineering Society.
