Macromedia Contribute now used by more than 150,000 Customers

Macromedia has announced that more than 150,000 customers are now using Macromedia Contribute, making it the fastest growing new product in the company's history.
Macromedia Contribute 2 is billed as the easiest way for individuals and teams to update, create and publish web content to any HTML website, and allows non-technical users to update web content while maintaining site standards for style, layout and code.
"Macromedia Contribute has had an amazing effect on the way information is shared across our organisation," said Noah Kim, senior web designer, US Foodservice Corporation. "It has empowered information owners to reduce the technical bottlenecks."
The product was given the ‘Best of the Web 2003’ award in the content management category by Forbes, as well as collecting the Editor's Choice Award from Macworld and the 'Best of the Year 2003' award from PC Magazine.
Effective April 1, 2004, a £69 introductory commercial pricing for Macromedia Contribute will end, after which Contribute will be priced at £99 for individual commercial licenses, £369 for 5-packs and £679 for 10-packs.
To purchase Contribute before the introductory pricing expires, visit the Macromedia Online Store at www.macromedia.com/store/.
