BBC Unveils First Look At Original Drama 'MotherFatherSon'

BBC has unveiled a first look at its upcoming BBC Two original drama series 'MotherFatherSon' with two new images.

The images introduce Richard Gere's character Max, a self-made American businessman with media outlets in London and around the world. Pictured beside him is his son Caden, played by Billy Howle, who runs Max's UK newspaper and is primed to follow in his father's footsteps as one of the most powerful men in the world.

Helen McCrory is revealed as Kathryn in the second image, a British heiress estranged from Max following the breakdown of their marriage some years before.

The story follows Caden's self-destructive lifestyle as it spirals out of control. The devastating consequences threaten the future of the family, its empire, and a country on the brink of change.

Filming on 'MotherFatherSon' is currently underway in London. Further casting for the eight-part series includes Sarah Lancashire, Sinéad Cusack, Paul Ready, Pippa Bennett-Warner, Danny Sapani and Joseph Mawle.

'MotherFatherSon' is made by BBC Studios Drama London.
