Ofcom sets out process for publication of complaints bulletins

Ofcom has announced that it is to publish weekly complaints bulletins.
The reports will be available on Ofcom's website each Tuesday and will alternate between advertising and programme complaints findings.
On Tuesday January 20, Ofcom published the last of the Radio Authority's and Independent Television Commission's decisions.
The first Programme Complaints Bulletin will be published on Tuesday, January 27. These will feature Ofcom decisions on standards cases and fairness and privacy complaints.
Ofcom's first Advertising Complaints Bulletin will be published on Tuesday, February 3.
Ofcom is currently consulting on effective forms of advertising co-regulation. This means that day-to-day regulation of broadcast advertising would be delegated to a new body.
