TVLogic To Show UHD/4K Monitors At NAB 2018

TVLogic is to unveil its latest range of UHD/4K monitors at NAB 2018.

Along with the UHD/4K monitors, TVLogic is to show a 55" precision OLED monitor, and additional display sizes to extend its LCD series.

All of the monitors are to be displayed in booth SL 1205.

"TVLogic has always been an industry visionary, bringing some of the most advanced display technology to market before its time," said Denny An, Director of Worldwide Sales. "In 2010 we launched the world's first AMOLED broadcast monitor, and that same year introduced a first generation 4K monitor. This year, we are delighted to build on our successes and bring several models, many with native 4K resolution, that incorporate even more features and reflect our superior video engineering capabilities."

LUM Range - 4K/UHD Monitors
TVLogic introduced one of the industry's first generation 4K monitors over 8 years ago and has since expanded the LUM series to include several popular sizes. This year TVLogic highlight three new models.

LUM-313G - 31.1-Inch True 4K Monitor
The LUM-313G is a 31.1" native 4K resolution (4096×2160) monitor with maximum luminance of 350 nits, contrast ratio of 1500:1, wide colour gamut and wide viewing angle. This cost effective monitor is equipped with 4 BNCs (2×12G-SDI + 2×3G-SDI) and HDMI 2.0 interface, it supports various video formats up to 4K/60p through single-link 12G-SDI, Quad 3G-SDI and HDMI 2.0. In addition to various professional features such as Waveform monitor and Vectorscope, the LUM-313G provides HDR emulation function with HDR EOTFs of PQ, HLG and SLog3. Future firmware updates will support more camera-specific HDR logs and gamuts.

LUM-318G - 31.1-Inch True 4K Monitor
The LUM-318G is a 31.1" native 4K resolution (4096×2160) monitor with maximum luminance of 850 nits, contrast ratio of 1500:1, wide colour gamut and wide viewing angle. Equipped with 4 BNCs (2×12G-SDI + 2×3G-SDI) and HDMI 2.0 interface, it supports various video formats up to 4K/60p through single-link 12G-SDI, Quad 3G-SDI and HDMI 2.0. In addition to various professional features such as Waveform monitor and Vectorscope, the LUM-318G provides HDR emulation function with HDR EOTFs of PQ, HLG and SLog3. Future firmware updates will support more camera-specific HDR logs and gamuts. The LUM-318G will update & replace the popular LUM-310A.

LUM-430M - 43-Inch True UHD Monitor
It is a UHD/4K monitor with a 43" True UHD (3840x2160) resolution, true 10-bit driver and wide colour gamut support. The model accepts 3G/6G/12G-SDI and HDMI 2.0 inputs.

LEM Precision OLED Monitors – Capable and Colour Accurate
A pioneer in OLED technology, TVLogic brought the world's first AMOLED broadcast monitor to market in 2010. At NAB 2018, the manufacturer will highlight the latest model in its OLED range.

LEM-550R – 55" UHD OLED Monitor for HDR Monitoring
LEM-550R is a QC-Grade HDR monitor for broadcast and post production with a 55-inch OLED panel with UHD resolution of 3840 × 2160. The OLED panel can reproduce a maximum luminance of up to 750 nits. The LEM-550R supports various HDR standards such as SMPTE 2084PQ, Hybrid-Log Gamma (HLG), and others. It also supports multiple colour gamuts including Rec.709, DCI, and Rec.2020. Signal I/O includes 3G/6G/12G-SDI input via one, two, or four SDI connections as well as HDMI (ver.2.0).

LVM Series - From Field Recording to Master Monitoring in the Studio
TVLogic's LVM series offers superior picture quality, wide viewing angles, professional broadcast functionality and low power consumption in slim, single-piece integrated designs. At NAB 2018, The Company is expanding the range with two new models.

LVM-171S - 16.5-inch High-End LCD
The new LVM-171S is TVLogic's top QC-Grade 17-inch model with a 16.5 inch IPS LCD panel with 1920x1080 native resolution, wide-gamut reproduction (up to DCI-P3) enhanced contrast ratio and wide viewing angle all unmatched by other LCD monitors. A completely redesigned video processing unit provides powerful dual-channel performance and artifact-free image reproduction. Support for various cinema camera log-to-linear LUTs, easy field upgradability and a full array of image processing features are standard.

LVM-241S – 24-Inch High-End LCD
The new LVM-241S is TVLogic's top QC-Grade 24" model with a 24-inch IPS LCD panel with 1920x1200 resolution. This monitor incorporates the same desirable features as its 17" counterpart, including wide-gamut reproduction (up to DCI-P3), enhanced contrast ratio and wide viewing angle all unmatched by other LCD monitors. A completely redesigned video processing unit provides powerful dual-channel performance and artifact-free image reproduction. Support for various cinema camera log-to-linear LUTs, easy field upgradability and a full array of image processing features are standard.

The new models are to feature along with existing product lines throughout the show.
