TVLogic LCD Monitor Offers Comprehensive Package

The TVLogic LVM-247W multi-format 24-inch HD LCD monitor is now available from exclusive UK/Ireland distributor Pyser-SGI Limited.
It is the new LVM-247W, wide-angle 24 inch 10 bit native full HD resolution monitor from manufacturing market leader TVLogic.
Packed with a comprehensive range of features for the broadcast and video professional, the recently released TVLogic LVM-247W monitor is ideal for post production, high quality video monitoring and film editing.
Using a dithering 10 bit display (1.07 billion colours), the LVM-247W monitor accommodates a range of multi-format inputs including 3G/Dual Link HD-SDI and HDMI and DVI.
The 24 inch LVM-247W is the latest addition to TVLogic’s LVM Series monitors
The LVM-247W features closed caption decoding, built-in waveform and vectorscope, 1:1 pixel mapping modes, audio demuxing, on-screen audio level meter, UMD support, timecode display, focus assist, firmware update using Ethernet or USB, and various scan modes. The Audio In facility is embedded audio/analogue stereo (phone jack), and Audio Out is analogue stereo (phone jack)/internal speaker (stereo).
The LVM-247W monitor supports TVLogic’s colour calibration facility for optimum colour alignment, and can be controlled using RS422/Ethernet.
The monitor has a newly designed housing with matte finish panel, and a volume control on the front. It measures 584 x 417 x 150 mm with its stand, and weighs 10.4 kg. It can be rack mounted as an option.
Operation is from either 24 V DC or 100-240 V AC, with a power consumption of typically 73 W.
Said Paul Goodwin, Pyser-SGI's Divisional Head, Broadcast and CCTV Products: "We are pleased to be adding this new model to our wide range of advanced multi-format LCD monitors from TVLogic.
"The new LVM-247W is the latest in TVLogic's highly successful LVM Series monitors designed to offer the highest picture quality and unsurpassed features for broadcast and video professional applications from field assignments to master monitoring in the studio.
"In spite of the current worldwide economic situation," continued Paul Goodwin, "our customer enquiries for TVLogic monitors are on the increase, and we are delighted to say that we will very soon be introducing more new TVLogic monitors to our range."
