Blue Planet II Producer Confirmed For BVE 2018
Blue Planet II producer Mark Brownlow, has been announced as headline keynote speaker at BVE 2018 where he will share his experiences of creating one of the most talked about television shows of the last 12 months.
He will share a stage with a host of other industry figures at ExCel London from 27 February to 01 March.
BVE 2018's seminar and features programme reflects a sector that is undergoing rapid change. Expert storytelling, new technology, and innovative techniques take centre stage at this year's conference, alongside the most diverse range of exhibitors and speakers to date.
Over the course of the three-day event, over 200 speakers will feature and 100 sessions will take place, providing visitors with unique insight into all aspects of the production process. Exhibitors including Google Cloud, Atomos, ARRI, Sennheiser and AWS Elemental will be present, demonstrating the latest equipment and technology.
At the heart of the event will be six theatres dedicated to different areas of content and video production: The Storytellers Stage, Business of Production, Craft of Capture, Techflow Futures, Post in Practice, and Connected Delivery. Each theatre's programme has been specifically selected to appeal to the diverse interests of the visitors attending the event.
Daniel Sacchelli, BVE Event Manager, said: “This year, BVE has attracted its strongest speaker line-ups yet, featuring some of the creative industries' leading lights from behind the camera. The breadth of speakers and experts available for visitors to hear from and discover is truly unique and exciting, with a genuine mix in all areas of production. No other show in the UK connects as many parts of the broadcast sector. BVE enables its visitors to learn from some of the most celebrated industry figures, make lasting business connections, collaborate with fellow creators, and experience new technologies shaping the future of media.”
