QUADRILLE AUTHOR SWISS DVDs

QUADRILLE have worked closely with Redfern Animation to author eight DVD’s for the opening of the premier Swiss watchmaker Patek Philippe’s new multi million pound museum in Geneva.
The DVD’s feature detailed animation of the intricate working of Patek Phillipe’s watches, which will be on display throughout the centre. The animation has proved a perfect vehicle to demonstrate Quadrille’s hardware encoder and authoring software to its very best.
Both our Encoding and Duplication departments continue to be very busy. Any suggestion of a downturn in VHS seems to be unfounded at this time with the department working round the clock to satisfy our customers. Equally, our Encoding Department is seeing a continuing increase in requests for streaming Internet files, as more and more companies seem keen to take advantage in technology allowing them to bring their films and advertising to life on the web.
We have expanded our Duplication Department to keep in line with this on going demand, and have recently purchased new VHS recorders, expanding our facility by a third. This is in addition to the new Aspect Ratio Converter and Standards Converter we have acquired. It is important for us to continue to strengthen and grow the area of the company, which was the foundation 12 years ago.
We would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a merry Christmas, and a happy and prosperous 2002.
