MILLER EXTEND WARRANTY

2001 has been a year of product maturity and sales growth for the Australian camera support manufacturer Miller Fluid Heads, particularly in Europe.
Those of you who saw the launch of the Sprinter and new Arrow/Arrow HD fluid heads at NAB and more recently the European launch at IBC will know this new ENG tripod system is set to rewrite the rules of support and increase even more the way Miller is perceived in the market place. The enormous response we have had from new dealers and customers wishing to distribute and try our product has certainly shown that we are heading in the right direction.
The new Arrow series is unlike any other fluid head available, featuring operator-rear controls, illuminated indicators and bubble level. It has seven selectable pan and tilt positions and a four-position counterbalance to handle payloads between 7 and 25kg.
The new Sprinter Tripod delivers speed and strength while being durable in the most demanding locations. The Sprinter Loks lets you operate and adjust all stages without bending and comes complete with a HD Mid-level Spreader which allows you to fine tune the tripod height without releasing the Sprint-Loks.
After a five-year investment in CNC machining, 3D design tools, powder-coating plant and a CMM QA system, Miller have significantly increased in-house capability and thus improved the overall quality of machined components for its complete fluid head and tripod range. This has enabled Miller Fluid Heads (Europe) to offer a Three Year Extended Warranty on the DS25, DS30, DS60, New Arrow, New Arrow HD, New Sprinter and HD range of tripods. This will help customers everywhere have extra confidence and peace of mind when deciding which tripod system to purchase from our range (2.5kg-35kg).
