World Boxing Super Series Heads To ITV Box Office

The new World Boxing Super Series is to air exclusively on ITV Box Office, it has been announced.

The coverage will include world title bouts between high profile cruiserweight and super-middleweight fighters as they fight it out at venues from Riga, Latvia, San Antonio, USA, and Wembley Arena.

The tournament begins this Saturday, 9 September, with post-fight on-demand coverage of the WBO World cruiserweight title bout between Oleksandr Usyk v Marco Huck. Live coverage commences with the WBC Diamond super-middleweight title fight between Callum Smith and Erik Skoglund on Saturday, 16 September on ITV4. Fights being shown live on ITV's pay-per-view channel include Eubank Jr v Avni Yildirim on 7 October, and Groves v James Cox for the WBA 'super' world title the following week, 14 October.

Four quarter-finals in each weight division will set up two semi-finals before a live final in May 2018, all screened across ITV's platforms. In addition to the pay-per-view events, other matches will be shown on ITV Box Office, on ITV4 or on the ITV Hub.
