BenQ To Unveil 4K UHD Monitor At IBC
At IBC2017, BenQ will preview the SW271 – a 27" 4K UHD monitor.
The monitor features 100% Rec. 709 and 99% Adobe RGB coverage, as well as the addition of HDR capabilities. Other features include GamutDuo, which enables users to view content simultaneously in different colour spaces side-by-side and a Hotkey Puck that enables users to switch between Adobe RGB, sRGB and Black & White modes. The SW271 also comes with a detachable shading hood that reduces the monitor's screen glare.
Conway Lee, president of BenQ, said: "We are proud to present the SW271, which joins our full line of professional monitors, developed for creative professionals. The SW271 brings users specialised tools and advanced hardware calibration for colour-critical applications. It also has USB-C connectivity for transmitting video and data signals with one cable for convenience. IBC is the perfect opportunity for us to preview this exciting new monitor to the European video market."
As well as previewing the SW271, there will be live product demonstrations of BenQ's other video monitors, including the SW320 (31.5"), the PV3200PT (32") and the PV270 (27").
BenQ will exhibit on stand 12.G48 at IBC.
