BenQ Unveils New 4K UHD Monitor
BenQ has launched a new 4K UHD monitor with a range of advanced features.
The 31.5" SW320 monitor has been designed for filmmakers and photographers that require accurate colour and a large viewing area for editing. It features 4K UHD resolution, 96% DCI-P3, 100% Rec 709 colour gamut, True 10-bit IPS back panel and a 14-Bit 3D LUT. High Dynamic Range (HDR) has also been introduced, while an expanded contrast ratio makes the white and black points within the image, closer to "true" white and black.
GamutDuo enables users to view content side-by-side in various colour spaces on one screen. The Hotkey Puck can assign colour spaces to preset buttons and switch between them quickly. There is also an in-built SD card reader and USB 3.0 connectivity.
The SW320 features a 99% Adobe RGB colour space, making it ideal for photographers that work with video.
Key features of the SW320 include:
• 4K UHD screen has four times the resolution of full HD
• High Dynamic Range (HDR) mode offers higher contrast, vivid colours and brighter images
• GamutDuo allows users to view content side by side in two different colour spaces
• Fully rotatable to 90 degrees, allowing easier editing of portrait images
• It comes with BenQ's Palette Master Elements software for hardware calibration (14-bit LUT) with a compatible device
• The Hotkey Puck allows ease of switching between DCI-P3, Rec 709 and Adobe RGB
• Brightness Uniformity
• Built-in SD card reader and USB 3 ports for ease of access
• Technicolor Color Certified
• Monitor hood included
• Three-year warranty.
