SUGAR PUFFS TEAM UP WITH UCI CINEMAS

SUGAR Puffs, one of the dominant brands in the children’s cereal market, have teamed up with UCI Cinemas in a pioneering cinema promotion that is guaranteed to create ‘monster’ sales and drive incremental growth.
The instantly redeemable cinema ticket promotion will give consumers a free UCI Cinema ticket voucher, which is incorporated onto the back of every promotional pack of Sugar Puffs - an exciting landmark in on-pack promotions.
The cinema tickets can be used immediately at any UCI Cinema for completely free entry to any film at any time until May 31, 2002. With long-awaited blockbusters coming to the big screen such as ‘Monsters’, ‘Star Wars Episode’ and ‘Ocean’s Eleven’, it’s an unmissable offer that’s guaranteed to capture consumer interest and drive sales.
The promotion will be rolled out to stores from January 14 and coincides with the launch of Quaker’s ‘Best Ever Tasting’ Sugar Puffs.
To further drive awareness and excitement, the promotion will be supported with a four-week national television advertising and public relations campaign. (CD)
