BroadStream Opens New Support Centre And Launches Task Force

BroadStream Solutions has announced it is restructuring its internal resources to support expected growth across the Americas and Asia.

As part of the realignment, the technology company has opened a 24/7 'follow-the-sun' support centre in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The new facility will allow all BroadStream customers to access high-level support when they need it most, no matter the time or where they are in the world.

In addition, a number of key executives from the company's leadership team have been assembled to focus on exceeding customer expectations in terms of quality of service, on-time delivery, and return on investment. The group includes representatives from key functions within the business, such as marketing, project management, engineering, and sales.
