'Trailer Park Boys' Utilises Marquis X2Pro

Marquis Broadcast has announced that its X2Pro Audio Convert has been utilised on Netflix show, Trailer Park Boys.

X2Pro works by integrating Final Cut Pro X into professional audio workflows, converting the exported Final Cut Pro X XML into an AAF file. From here, Avid Pro Tools can open this as a session, providing seamless integration between the two applications. X2Pro provides a high fidelity conversion to a Pro Tools session, with support for audio gain and key frames. Utilising metadata-based organising features in Final Cut Pro X, unlimited numbers of audio Roles in Final Cut Pro X are converted into Pro Tools tracks, enabling sound designers and mixers to start working immediately.

X2Pro uses Marquis' Media Highway. The most recent version of the technology has been updated with regards to its file reading capability, to support more formats and releases from Apple, while keeping existing functionality intact.
