Four Rooms Recommissioned By C4

The award winning Four Rooms has been recommissioned for a further 20 episodes by Channel 4.

The factual formatted series that offers sellers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to pitch their unique and cherished treasure to some of Britain's top dealers in the world of art, antiques and collectibles.

The series returns with a brand new presenter, Sarah Beeny, whose previous presenter credits include: Property Ladder, Double Your House for Half the Money, Help! My House is Falling Down and Restoration Nightmare.

Six of Britain's most fiercely competitive dealers, will once again be standing by to make an offer from their own pocket if the right item comes through their door. Members of the public will once again brave each of the show's famous ‘Four Rooms' in a bid to sell their prized item for the value they believe it is worth. But can the sellers hold their nerve when coming face to face with the dealers and beat them at their own game?

Making her debut as a Four Rooms dealer this series is Pearl Lowe (Designer). She will be joining Celia Sawyer (Interior Designer), Alex Proud (owner of Proud Galleries), Raj Bisram (Co-owner of Bentley's Fine Art and Antiques Auction House), David Sonnethal (Pawnbroker), and Andrew Lamberty (Owner of Lamberty).

All are experts in their field who will stop at nothing in their quest to purchase stunning, iconic, unusual or macabre items. The experts will be rotated throughout the series with four featuring in each episode.

The rules of Four Rooms remain the same: if the seller says no to a dealer's offer, they can never return to the room and the deal is dead. Which precious possessions will the dealers fight to buy this series? Which sellers will be canny enough to make the deal of a lifetime and who will get greedy and leave with nothing?
