Sherbet promote Acsensia Breeze Meter
Award winning Sherbet Director Sandra Ensby has just completed a charming handcrafted animated spot to highlight the user friendliness of Bayers’ new Ascensia Breeze meter.
Ensby’s lively animation creates blooming flowers and radiating suns made up of delicate red dots designed to represent the repeated tiny drops of blood used by diabetics for regular personalized testing of their blood sugar levels. The agency team was impressed with the humour, energy and charm of the spots Ensby recently directed at Sherbet through Black Rocket for Yahoo. They wanted to bring the same warmth and personality to the Ascensia spot to ensure that people feel comfortable with the new product and realize how seamlessly it can become a part of their everyday lives.
Ensby was thrilled to direct the spot. She said:“It was a great brief. We had fun bringing each of the flowers to life in different ways and integrating the choreography of the 2D animation with the 3D CG section in the middle. We felt that we achieved our aim of bringing freshness, energy and spontaneity to the spot while reminding people how easy it is to get into the rhythm of using the Ascensia Breeze Meter.”
