Doremi appoint Effect Systems as European support

Doremi Technologies have appointed Effect Systems as their European customer support partner, directly covering their range of servers, disk recorders and other Doremi products from their Newbury base.
With unrivaled experience supporting broadcast video disk systems, they have a unique depth of industry knowledge and have been providing first-class customer support for eight years.

Effect have a dedicated Doremi facility within their 1,000-square foot premises comprising of the latest test equipment, test signals and back-up machines that are used to talk customers through any difficulties that they might experience. They offer service from 0800 to 2200 GMT and have 12 engineers – all manufacturer-trained and some with the company since its start.
