Revolabs To Demo Executive Elite Range

Revolabs has confirmed it will showcase its Executive Elite wireless microphone systems, as well as its full range of FLX UC conference phones, and the Yamaha YVC-1000 UC microphone and speaker system, at two shows next month.

The company will be at InfoComm MEA 2015, from 19-22 October, and at GITEX Technology Week from 18-22 October. The conferences are co-located at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

InfoComm MEA attendees can see the Revolabs products at the booths of distributor Taxan Gulf FZCO (booth TA-D1), and Revolabs' parent company, Yamaha (booth TA-A25). The products will be shown at GITEX by distributor FVC (booth Z-G10).

"With more and more people working remotely in today's distributed workforce, we're seeing a heavy reliance on virtual meetings in order to bring teams together, so high-quality audio is of utmost importance," said Jim Fairweather, executive vice president of global sales at Revolabs. "Our wireless microphones and conferencing systems are designed with this type of collaboration in mind. They enable crystal-clear audio so that workers can spend less effort deciphering what they're hearing and more effort on being productive. That's just what people will experience when they attend demonstrations at InfoComm MEA and GITEX."

Demonstrations of Revolabs' Executive Elite wireless microphone systems will take place at the booths. The system is equipped with a both local and remote cloud-based capabilities that offer flexibility in setup, management, and monitoring, allowing integrators and end users to centrally manage all the Elite systems across an enterprise. Administrators can access information related to microphone status, audio and radio signal strength, and system performance via a Web-based interface.

The Executive Elite's remote antenna receiver and base units connect via a standard Cat5e or Cat6 cable with Power over Ethernet (PoE) support to facilitate installations. The systems' redesigned microphones feature a professional look, designed for board rooms and meeting rooms in corporate environments; superior audio pickup; improved signal-to-noise ratio; easy operation; and enhanced digital signal communication with automated AES-256 encryption over wireless links. The new gooseneck microphones fill out the growing family of tabletop and wearable microphones, providing customers an increased choice to meet their requirements for any installation.

Also on display will be Revolabs' FLX UC line of conference phones, including the FLX UC 1500 IP and USB conference phone with extension microphones. This solution enables users to add two directional microphones to the four already in the speaker unit and can bridge and conference calls between VoIP and UC desktop applications. The result is an all-in-one conferencing solution specifically designed for large meeting environments that brings together VoIP and UC systems, eliminating the need for separate conferencing units when conducting activities (such as softphone calls, webinars, and other computer-based collaboration) that have both IP and USB requirements.

As a single inclusive solution, the FLX UC 1500 increases convenience for IT managers and meeting participants by letting users join any type of call.

Featuring the latest in microphone and speaker technology, including Human Voice Activity Detection, the Yamaha YVC-1000 UC microphone and speaker system provides a seamless extension to any VTC or audio conferencing solution. Suited for medium to large conference rooms, the audio peripheral allows users to connect to virtual calls via Bluetooth or USB, enabling instant participation from personal devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptop computers. Equipped with audio in/out connections to support external speakers, the high-end solution also provides daisy-chain connectivity for up to five microphones, enabling A/V coverage of significantly larger rooms. Furthermore, the unit equalizes audio at the touch of a button using Yamaha's automatic audio tuning, applying signal processing advances such as echo cancelling, noise reduction, tracking, gain control, and more.
