Channel 4 Commissions Second Series Of 'Married At First Sight'
CPL has been commissioned by Channel 4 to make a second series of Married at First Sight.
The first series saw couples matched on a range of scientific and compatibility criteria by a panel of experts and followed throughout the first weeks of their fledgling relationship.
Married at First Sight has been attracting an average consolidated audience of 2.5m viewers per episode and an 11% share of audience on Thursdays at 9pm.
The series consistently attracts the highest share of 16-34 year old viewers to its slot, averaging a 19.7% share of Channel 4’s key demographic.
Based on a Danish format produced by Red Arrow Entertainment Group company Snowman Productions, the show has been licensed to over 20 countries worldwide.
