Berlin’s recording studio re-equip with SSL

Teldex Studios, a facility with a long and illustrious history, has completely re-built its main control room and installed a 96-channel Solid State Logic 9000J series console as its centrepiece.
Previously known as Teldec, the studio has been a key player in the classical recording market since it first opened just after the Second World War. Housed in a large and unusual building close to the centre of Berlin, Teldex is now owned by Martin Sauer, Tobias Lehmann and Friedemann Engelbrecht who acquired the facility from their former employer, Warner Music, in 2002.
