Vaddio Launches USB 3.0 Camera With USB, IP Streaming

Vaddio has unveiled the RoboSHOT 12 USB camera, a new HD conferencing camera with simultaneous USB 3.0 and IP (H.264) streaming, complete with an HDMI video output.

Equipped with USB 3.0, the RoboSHOT 12 USB video stream is uncompressed, providing for high frame rate video, up to 1080p. The company is keen to push the camera's focus on IT management across the Enterprise. It features an embedded web server, IP Streaming capabilities and PoE+ GB port built directly into the camera. Users type the camera's IP address to any web browser on any device and can see live video stream and control functions simultaneously.

Vaddio's RoboSHOT 12 USB camera features a 12x optical zoom with a 73-degree wide horizontal field of view. It comes equipped with Vaddio's Tri-Synchronous Motion technology, a silent, direct drive motor system that allows all three axes of the camera (pan, tilt and zoom) to move simultaneously for ultra smooth, natural camera motion.

The RoboSHOT 12 USB is making its debut on the Vaddio booth 734 at the Enterprise Connect show at Gaylord Palms Convention Center, March 16 – March 18.
