One post new Crimestoppers Trust commercial

One have recently completed the post-production for the new Crimestoppers Trust commercial, ‘Crossing the Line’, produced by Peter McMillan and directed by Ronnie West and Barry Skolnick from RSA Films.
The sixty second film portrays a group of teenagers of mixed sex and race in an urban cityscape and conveys their often relaxed approach to crime and the sentiment that even if they wanted to do something about it, they couldn’t. ‘Crossing the Line’ brings home the message that there is something they can do about it and that by ringing the Crimestoppers’ anonymous freephone number 0800 555 111, they can make a difference.
Giles Cheetham, Senior Inferno Artist at One said: “Using a combination of handheld Bolex 16mm and Digital stills, the brief was to create a 60 second film portraying everyday life on the streets. To give a more interesting look to the stills we used a variety of techniques, which gave an impression of movement within a three dimensional environment. The result was a time-slice style effect where the viewer moves through and around the stills, giving the feeling of travelling through a moment in time. This worked well against the more organic and grainy 16mm film and simplicity of the untreated stills.”
