Avid Announces Webinar Session

Avid is to host a free webinar Q&A panel session on 14 May to explore how product innovations built on the Avid MediaCentral Platform meet the needs of both educators and students.

The session will look at how the 'Avid Everywhere' vision meets the needs of educators and students by providing integrated solutions built upon the Avid MediaCentral Platform. A Q&A panel session with leading educators will discuss how Avid Everywhere can give students the skills and workflows they need to succeed in today’s evolving media landscape.
Attendees will also hear about about Avid’s NAB news, including the Avid MediaCentral Platform for streamlining and accelerating collaboration, new Media Composer® | Software subscription and floating license options, as well as the latest updates to the ISIS® shared storage family, Interplay® | Production and Interplay® | MAM.
The panel session will be hosted by Matt Feury, director of pro video segment marketing at Avid, and will feature:

• Norm Hollyn, professor, editing track head, Michael Kahn endowed chair at USC Film School
• Daniel Leonard, professor, associate dean at Lawrence and Kristina Dodge College of Film and Media Arts
