Seven Taits Appointed To Join BAFTA Craft Sound Team
LipSync Post has appointed leading Re-Recording Mixer Sven Taits to join its BAFTA Craft award-winning sound team, starting 12 May 2014.
Sven spent seven years at De Lane Lea before going freelance in 2008, and has worked with many distinguished directors including Wes Anderson, Stephen Woolley, Mike Leigh, Anthony Minghella and Paul Greengrass. His varied feature film credits include The Constant Gardener, Fantastic Mr Fox, United 93 and Layer Cake, while his TV work includes The Wipers Times (BBC) and White Girl (BBC).
Peter Hampden, Managing Director, The LipSync Group, said: "Sven's diverse experience and outstanding audio skills make him an ideal addition to our talented sound team."
Sven Taits said: "I'm pleased and proud to join LipSync, and look forward to working on a range of exciting and challenging projects."
Sven will work on feature film and television projects, starting with The Dead Lands, directed by Toa Fraser, a period action epic about murder and vengeance in a Maori tribe.
