Panasonic Announces LF60 Series

Panasonic Visual System Solutions have announced the new LF60/LF6 series, complementing the current Panasonic LED backlight LCD displays and available as a 55'' screen (TH-55LF60 and TH-55LF6), 47” screen (TH-47LF60 and TH-47LF6) and 42” screen (TH-42LF60 and TH-42LF6).
The LF60 models offer a 700-cd/m brightness while the latter three LF6 professional displays offer 450-cd/m.
The Digital Link function offers a number of benefits like easy cabling to reduce labour costs during set up and the capability to transmit video, audio and control signals over a long distance (up to 100m) with a single LAN cable.
The panel of the LF60/LF6 series can be operated continuously for 24/7 use.
Both the LF60/LF6 series promise "exceptional visibility regardless of the ambient lighting conditions", with the high brightness levels and picture quality allowing images to be displayed in large, brightly lit spaces.
The LF60/LF6 professional displays can be installed either horizontally or vertically to match the content and installation location.
All models are equipped with 10 w built-in speakers so there is no need for external speakers when using content that has a soundtrack.
The 47’ and 42’ screens will be available in November 2013 whilst the 55’ screens will be introduced in December.
