never.no today announced it will co-exhibit with Vizrt at the 2013 Broadcast Asia Exhibition.
The event will take place June 18-21 at the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.
Visitors to Vizrt booth #5H3-01 will experience the integration of never.no’s Interactivity Suite with Vizrt’s content production tools.
The demo — which will feature a nationwide heatmap scene that includes geolocation data, Instagram photos and Twitter comments — will showcase how broadcasters can benefit from Social TV solutions.
"We are excited to be showcasing the latest enhancements to the Interactivity Suite, including our Weibo integration," said Jaron Millner, VP APAC, never.no.
"As Social TV is becoming more prominent in the Asia-Pacific region, our Sydney office provides us with a local presence to cater to the APAC market’s needs and growing client base."
Alon Shama, VP Broadcast Graphics, APAC, Vizrt added: "Our partnership with never.no provides broadcasters with an efficient platform for harvesting, managing and presenting social media content on air in innovative ways. We are pleased to show the benefits of our joint offerings with never.no at Broadcast Asia 2013."
never.no’s Director of Business Development, Janice J. Gundersen, will present in Track C4 ‘Multi-platform Content’. The presentation titled ‘Defining Social TV Across The Globe’ will be held on June 20 at 14:45.
The presentation will focus on the power of social media and brand integration and how interaction strengthens audience relationships.
Janice will take part in the panel discussion ‘Power Panel: Why Social TV is the Next Big Thing’ at 16:30.
The session will address ways broadcasters can benefit from Social TV, companion applications and how to monetise Social TV.
Janice brings to the panel never.no’s perspective as the creators of the Social TV Framework that has enabled Social TV solutions for leading broadcasters across the globe.
Joining Janice on the panel are Natan Edelsburg, Senior VP, Sawhorse Media; Tessa Sproule, Director, Digital, CBC; Tom Weiss, Investor and CEO, Genius Digital; and Asha Phillips, Asia Pacific Bureau Chief, Storyful. Jonathan Laor, CEO of Applicaster will moderate the discussion.
