DigiTurk Uses Marquis’ X2Pro for Audio Finishing

Turkish broadcaster DigiTurk has invested in enterprise licences for Marquis's X2Pro Audio Convert.
The Istanbul based facility will now use five copies of X2Pro for audio finishing as part of its post production workflow for all its in-house channels.
X2Pro uses Marquis’ Media Highway to integrate Final Cut Pro X into audio workflows, delivering integration between the two applications.
Previously DigiTurk used Final Cut Pro 7; however, following an upgrade to Final Cut Pro X, DigiTurk needed to export and send audio to Pro Tools for audio finishing.
X2Pro works by converting the exported Final Cut Pro X XML into an AAF file, which Avid Pro Tools can open as a session.
Using the metadata in XML 1.2 from Final Cut Pro X, X2Pro provides a high fidelity conversion to a Pro Tools session, with planned support for audio gain and key frames.
