Danny Boyle to shoot new film in Liverpool

Danny Boyle has chosen Liverpool to shoot his latest film.
Boyle, the man behind 'Trainspotting', one of the most critically acclaimed British movies of the last decade, will start filming 'Millions' in the city next month.
The film is a quirky comic tale about two young boys who stumble across the loot from a bank robbery. The hitch is that the cash is in pounds sterling, and there's only a week to spend it before Britain switches to the euro.
Mission Pictures are spending 15 weeks in the city preparing for and shooting the film in locations across Liverpool for Pathe UK.
Liverpool Film Office manager, Lynn Saunders, said: "This will be a very high profile picture and it's a real coup for the city that Danny has chosen to film it here.
"Danny Boyle has a track record that is second to none and the fact that he has chosen Liverpool to locate the movie is a real vote of confidence in the city.
"We have proved time and again in recent years that we can provide film makers with the locations and support they require, along with local crew and post production facilities."
