Wireless audio specialists Raycom will be showing the new MPR30 ENG/IEM receiver from Wisycom at BVE.
This receiver sets new standards in quality and ease of operation.
The MPR30 is a true diversity receiver designed for ENG and in-ear-monitoring (IFB) applications with two versions available. Unlike many of its competitors, the MPR30 is a true diversity unit with dual whip antennae feeding two separate RF front-ends. It has a unique and game-changing 232MHz tuning range allowing use throughout the world.
On a busy set or on location the last thing you need is to be fiddling with DIP switches or complicated set-up options.
The MPR30 features a crystal clear OLED display with simple four button control (UP/DOWN/SEL/EXIT), an automatic scan feature and the ability to set parameters by infra-red or on a PC via USB. This makes the MPR30 an ideal tool for individual sound recordists, large broadcasters or hire companies.
The IEM version can operate in wide or narrowband, stereo or mono and features an accessible physical volume control.
An added bonus is the MPR30's ability to emulate other manufacturer's equipment due to its advanced and powerful DSP, which renders the delay insignificant. The MPR30 fits right into your operations from day one.
Powering the MPR30 is also easy with a choice of 2xAA batteries or a rechargeable pack which can be charged either by using the dedicated charger or via the USB port.
