DirectOut, RTW & Jünger Audio En Route To Manchester Three

Three renowned German audio manufactures, DirectOut, RTW and Jünger Audio are making their first appearance at BVE North in Manchester this November on Aspen Media’s stand E61.
DirectOut is showcasing its range of MADI tools including the M.1K2 a 1024x1024 channel MADI router with two 8 port I/O slots that can be equipped withMADI BNC or SC fibre I/O modules.
In addition to its ANDIAMO series of converters, DirectOut is showing members of the expanding EXBOX family of compact MADI converters, range extenders and interfaces that includes EXBOX.BLDS (Buffer Loop Detection System).
EXBOX.BLDS has two MADI I/O ports and will automatically switch to the second port should input to the first fail.
RTW is bringing its range of EBU R128 compliant TouchMonitor loudness and PPMmeters with the star of the show being the new TM3-3G.
Designed for use with 3G SDI digital video, TM3-3G also functions as a de-embedder and compact audio monitoring controller.
TM3s have a high-resolution touchscreen display and presets are accessed using a smartphone-style swipe.
They feature RTW’s unique Loudness Range (LRA) indicator, MagicLRA, a simple representation of programme loudness and dynamic range.
Those BVE North visitors looking for a means to manage loudness will find the
answer with Jünger Audio’s T*AP 8 channel audio processor. Using Jünger’s Level Magic™ algorithm, T*AP provides unattended, artefact free loudness control for stereo and 5.1 transmission.
The T*AP transmission path can also include Spectral Signature™ processing that allows fine tuning of a transmission’s sonic character – more “grunt”, better intelligibility.
