King's Speech Voted Favourite Bafta Winner

The nation has voted last year’s Bafta winner, British indie The King’s Speech, their favourite film in the history of the awards.
According to a poll carried out by Apollo Cinemas ahead of Sunday’s Bafta awards their cinemagoers voted The King’s Speech their favourite film.
This comes as it is revealed that the film based on George VI was the second highest UK box officer earner in 2011 after the final installment in the Harry Potter franchise.
Royalty inspired films featured highly in the list of favourites with Elizabeth and The Madness of King George also making the top five.
Billy Elliot and Wallace and Gromit also featured highly in the poll.
