David Sisson Joins Camera Corps

Camera Corps has announced a new addition to its Brooklands-based staff with the appointment of David Sisson (pictured) to the senior technical support team.
Sisson graduated in 1995 with an HND in Electronics from Liverpool John Moores University and gained experience in rigging and operating camera installations before becoming a freelance camera technician in 2001. His activity for Camera Corps has included technical support roles at World Cup and Winter Olympics sports events as well as reality shows such as Big Brother, Fame Academy and I’m a Celebrity.
“We have long specialised in delivering broadcast television signals from challenging locations, including some of the biggest events in the international sports calendar,” stated Camera Corps Founder and Managing Director Laurie Frost. “Our success is thanks to a combination of recruiting experienced and competent operators and technicians, deploying reliable equipment and providing the backup resources vital to meet whatever a complex events throws at you.
"David Sisson has proved a successful and resourceful freelance member of our technical crew over many years. He is a great problem-solver, even in tough conditions.”
David Sisson added: “Camera Corps is a highly experienced and dedicated group of people. I am very pleased to have the opportunity of joining the team at its new headquarters and becoming more involved with the company’s operations than was possible during my freelance capacity.”
