Out Post Puts Brighton On The Map

A Brighton based sound company is continuing to bring high profile clients to the city.
Out Post have been busy working with Hollywood based Gold Circle Films on the recent Kevin Costner film - The New Daughter, London based Renegade Pictures, producers of BBC Three's Don’t Tell The Bride, Australian Southern Star Productions on their new 'secret' series and local games producers Relentless Software.
Well known faces have also been visiting Out Post of late including; Steve Coogan, Patsy Palmer, Noah Taylor, Matt King and Dame Kiri Te Kanawa.
The company has just received further investment allowing for improved facilities including high end microphones (Neumann, Tram), ISDN connectivity for remote studio connections and improved client facilities. Out Post is also now one of a handful of studios in the UK to offer ISDN bridging services - allowing studios that run another connectivity solution, Source Connect, to hook up with studios utilising ISDN.
"We are really excited with the way things seem to be going. There have been some interesting trading conditions in the early part of this year, but things do seem to be gaining momentum now," explained Managing Director Rob Speight.
He concluded: "We have many interesting projects in the pipeline including feature films, games and television and we anticipate as the year progresses productions that have been put on hold over the past few months will begin to work their way through to us."
