Emerging Showcases Distribution Lines At BVE

A London-based professional audio sales, service and distribution company have finalised exclusive UK and Ireland distribution deals with two more manufacturers, PSI Audio and Trinnov Audio.
The new companies' products will be on display on the eMerging stand (H9) at the Broadcast Video Expo show, taking place on February 16-18, 2010, at Earls Court 2 Exhibition Centre, London.
Swiss audio monitor manufacturer PSI Audio has been making precision active loudspeakers for over a quarter of a century.
The PSI range comprises stereo and ‘stereo plus subwoofer’ packages of varying size and specification, as well as a series of dedicated 5.1 monitoring systems designed for acoustic coverage of environments ranging from 14 to 90 square metres.
Their high audio quality and attractive design make PSI speakers highly appropriate in both professional and HiFi applications.
Trinnov Audio, based in Paris, France, manufacture independent stereo and 5.1 loudspeaker optimisation and processing systems for recording studios and other applications that benefit from acoustic treatment. These hardware and software-based systems analyse the environment in which the speakers are operating and generate an EQ correction profile in order to offset the acoustic disadvantages of the environment or room itself.
This has significant benefits in production and post-production where treatment has traditionally been an expensive physical process but is equally beneficial where high quality playout is a requirement.
